I'd like relaxxx to explain further...but with him having less than 600 posts in three years...I might be waiting a while.
you sir are a bag of douche..... not being attracted to ladies with tattoos is one thing but to lump them all into one category is ridiculous........ my grandpa used to say "only whores and sailors get tattoos" and I always asked him why he was hanging out with so many whores................................. being tattooed does not make you disgusting or dirty.
I guess it's a good thing that most people don't get into body modification for others. What other people think does not matter. What matters is whether or not you like it yourself. Don't get it because you think it's cool. But also, don't not get it because you think some other person won't like it. It's your body.
mos def. if you get a tattoo or other mod hoping to impress someone else, you will regret it later........
i like some , some not. a nicely made tattoo cane be really beautiful and really inspirational, don`t you think ? or maybe the only tattoos you have ever seen in your life were some jail crap bullshits ?
Ok, so the OP is in a long term relationship and cares what other women look like? that's a bit off, if hes so into that purity morality he seems to be preaching. THen, he comes to a body mod forum to basically flame bait. Nice. Well, here's my stock answer for people that don't like my looks (and I'm ink-free but ink-friendly, so it isn't defensiveness here)" I'm not here to decorate YOUR world.
yeah, your quite correct there greengirl! i have seen some "shit stains" that are fine art pieces. my best friend vickie, has been having a "shit stain" of 'the starry night' by van gothe (bad spelling there.) tattooed on to the whole of her back... IT IS ONE LOVELY WORK OF ART! i have seen some tattoos that really do look like shit stains. it makes me wonder, what were these people thinking, when they had that ugly shit inked into there skin? well, it is their skin and, not mine... their the ones that have to live with it.
I'm not a super fan of tats on the ladies but I'm not disturbed by it either nor do i think it always indicates anything about where they have been or what they have done.
this is your opinion and you are entitled to it. i have 11 tattoos with more on the way. i find them incredibly sexy and i have a husband who finds me so sexy for it too
The only ones that bug me are the small black tattoos on the lower legs. From a distance, my first thought is always that I am seeing a grease smudge from a car door. American cars used to be notorious for doing that.
lol! i don't have a tattoo on my legs yet but i want to get one before i graduate of a sparrow and a douglas adams quote!
The cultural aspect of tats has come out of the shadows from navy guys in strange places to bikers and now mainstream america. The young people of today have trashed a lot of the stigma of the dirty tatooed person. Old stereotypes die slow. I was 26 when I got my first tat my wife was 34 when she did she now has 4 I only have 2 I plan 3 more. The person who started this thread may want to meet more young women with tats and have some meaningful conversations and find that beneath the skin people are people. For me my tats have spiritual, personal and cultural aspects. Maybe before judging some young woman because she has tats one should ask that person the meaning for them and find something out about a possible interesting clean and sexy person that should not be compared to garbage.
I got tattoos so people would be scared of me and leave me alone, I was bullyed a lot as a child !! LMFAO j/k

I think tattoos can tell a story about who that person is and where they've been. I havn't met one person who doesn't have a whole long story for each tattoo. It can really help break the ice when you meet someone new. Just ask about one of their tattoos.
