I would hope not. 1. Unless the doctor observed a skin irritation, rash, etc - anything with an objective medical implication, a doctor would limit any comment/discussion to medical issues and possible complications/treatment. 2. There would be no shock effect at all. Doctors see literally everything in the course of their training and career. Developing the ability to remain clinical and objective is essential to providing care to the patient.
