only about 10% of them end up dying.. and where i work has the highest bear density in america. it's actualyl healthy for the population for some to be euthanized since it's illegal to hunt them here. thanks for not hating :tongue:

Prepare unas cuantas tortillas de maiz sobre una estufa a fuego lento como que hacen las mujeres indias en la calle y las llene de frijoles y de la mezcla de pollo y vegetales. Salio bien rico.

esencialmente gorditas de pollo. maseca es lo que yo uso tambien. he tratado la masa preparada, y no sale bien. perfecto para tamales.
Uhhum, a mi tampoco me gusta la preparada. A mi me gusta cocinar la comida Mexicana, pero casi nunca que la cocino. Es que aqui todos los pinche gringos solo comen el Tex-Mex y le llamas "comida Mexicana" a eso. Si les digo que eso no es comida Mexicana me dicen que si es... pinche gringos pendejos. Asi que ni se si mis amigos van a comer lo que preparo, ya van a empezar a decir que "es demasiado picanta" o cualquier tonteria asi... Gringos.....
tambien por eso le pregunte a aquel si cocinan el arroz con tomate picado. con tan poquito pueden arruinar comida. arroz mexicano autentico no lleva tomate piquado.

depende de que son los tacos. en mi familia usamos los dos. Usualmente con pollo usamos lechuga, perot con tacos do carne picada, repollo. Mi abuela prepara el mejor repollo en vinagre con zanaoria (sp?) para gorditas o tacos.. MMMmmmmm damn,, I ma have to make that now. Where did you learn to cook?
oh this is dilli again... i was hooked up with aguy from michoacan for 6 years or so. His family showed me alot both here in the states and when i was down there visiting..I am a pretty damned good cook though in general . I grew up in restaurants and my mom was a cook . Cooking is one of my favorite things to do and mexican cuisine is my specialty.
