I have always loved being a barefooter and share my barefoot life through my feet and soles also like seeing photos of of other barefooters. When I start go barefoot I always at the end of the day I clean my soles to get off the black stain and put some stuff to get white and soft feet. So past some time i realized that if you lived barefoot that was the color of your soles black, grey, brown but no clean soles so decided not care any more about the dust or color and it was funny but still take care about callouses really at this time I don’t want hace callouses on my soles jajaja but with the past of the time the story repeat again I ask myself if you live barefoot your soles need the protection for walk on every surface so I decide never again take care of my soles. I have strong soles some people don’t like some others love the way off them, some people say me that’s not normal have cracked heels but if we see the people of India, Africa or Nepal those people feet are ready to walk in the wild and everywhere so that’s soles my sole looks like. So please who have tough, callouses soles or cracked don’t be shame share here. Btw please comment. Me first
I usually wear slippers or shoes, but I have started walking consciously barefoot on soil , especially in the beach, forest or garden. It is said that walking barefoot in these regions helps to grab a lot of prana or chi or vital energy from the ground (soil prana). Prana increases one's physical and mental health and higher prana levels also heals illnesses or diseases faster. Prana/chi/ki is emphasized in eastern medical systems such as ayurveda, hatha yoga, acupuncture, reiki, pranic healing. I noticed that walking barefoot is somehow energising and enjoyable as well, probably due to the increase in prana. And I make an effort to be as barefoot as possible. However one should also observe due diligence as well in staying away from rusted nails (tetanus) or glass pieces and others similar objects.
