From the new Sigur Ros album... not my favorite on the album, but one of them, and the only one available on YouTube. The new album is much darker than their previous works. I don't consider myself a huge fan of this group, but this is a good change from their previous works.

I know I've said this on here before, but I don't know that you've ever responded Matt; have you heard the remix of their first album, Von brigði? My God man.. that album gives me chills just to think of. One of the most amazing albums I've *ever* heard, and I could care less about Sigur Rós. The first two tracks are both remixes of the same track Syndir Guðs ('Sins of God') and both are breath taking minimalist works. I could not tell you which I prefer (the remix by Múm or by Biogen) because they are both like apprehending God.

I still think that Soulwax 'Nite Versions' is the greatest electronic album of this generation, and ranks up there as one of the best of all time. The fact that much of it was made 'live' with synthesizers, bass, drums &c makes it a thousand times even greater.

They were more popular in the UK but after seeing 24 Hour Party People a few years ago my interest was piqued in this band. I find their blend of Alternative rock and soulful decadent dance music appealing.
