Shapeshifting

this is something i have been trying, and i have had some progress. i too am a dragon(in spirit) he is a red dragon, and his name is Ral 'Soren. and i have had many experiences were i have almost phisicaly shape shifted and still trying...the key is deep concentration and the will to become(which ever animal you are assosiated with. = ) i wish you good luck and best wishes.
