Shannara

So, I just finished up the Sword of Shannara trilogy, and I'm on to the Heritage of Shannara. Anybody else dig these?

 

Yeah Terry Brooks is great. The Sword of Shannara was the first paper back I ever purchased when I was a youngling in the late 70's. I liked the cover...lol.

 

Loved it, great series

 

Terry Brooks just didn't do it for me. Not sure why, i was pretty sure i would enjoy it. But that was a couple of years ago now-i could give it another a try.

 

I enjoyed them. In way they had a warmth that sometimes the Lord of the Rings didn't.
