Wondering why this is. I mean, you post here for years, and plenty of folks are interested in what you look like (I certainly would be). What harm is there in posting one photograph? Are you nervous that people might recognize you? Are you worried that you don't look good? Something else? I get so excited when I get to see what a long time member looks like. Always curious as to why some people seem so adamantly opposed. A photo really ads an interesting personal touch in some way.
Google image search is rudimentary now probably will not be in the future. Some of us have jobs that have to be protected. With this site in particular, do you really want people in 20 years, whilst doing a search for you or your image have a cached page come up in the search results with some of the whackjob thread titles that appear here
I see your point, and can relate in a way. I suppose I assumed spiff doesn't have such a job. And couldn't you just take a picture that was unique to this site, and delete it relatively quickly? I think I recall that you had a photo up on the old forums.
