I have a great shaman healer here in ireland i visit from time to time... She helps me to let go of all the negative stuff which i gather over the months....... After the session yesterday she was telling me that she hadnt enough work to keep her going and wasnt sure what to do... I had a strong message "come in" for her and said "are you moving to Germany" I also got a name of a place there. She gasped and said "oh we are going there for 3 months" It struck me that to be a good channel....one must keep themselves healthy in all ways....... ..by her helping me to open up....i was able to give her some guidance too....i found that to be really cool! I must go for that healing more often

Shamans are moderately good healers, but priests and druids are the best. As for messages, it depends who you want to talk to. A crash course; type in the first part then your message. /1 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ General chat for the area you're in /Guild ~~~~~~~~~ Guild chat, won't work unless you're in a guild /Party ~~~~~~~~~ Party chat, won't work unless you're in a party /Tell *name* ~~ *Name* is the name of the player you want to talk to /Say ~~~~~~~~~~~ Say something that those close to you will hear /Shout ~~~~~~~~~ Same as "say", but a longer range That should get you going with messaging.
