This is a different question and not sure if anyone has had this experience but I find hf have a lot of great ppl with a lot of experience

I recently started dating a guy that is a few years older than me. He told me that he had prostate problems and had it removed. He said he had recovers ok an had no problem with Ed however he told me that when he has sex he still has orgasm but with no ejaculation.
He wanted to tell me that so i did not think he was faking it.
Has anyone had sex with a man or any man delt with this?
    What can I expect?

That means you can't get pregnant? (considers own prostate...) Well. men hardly ever fake it anyway. From my own experience I have rarely had intercourse without an orgasm, but when I have it wasn't faking it. I just didn't want to be messy, lol! And hey... no mess! Good luck with your man, @theamos.

i didn't even know what a prostate actually does. apparently it's your ejaculation device?

  5. Don't trust him. He is faking his orgasms, because he can't cum.

There is a pill you can take for an enlarged prostate that at times can make you cum inward instead of coming out. Having your prostate removed may shut it all down so no sperm gets processed

prostate does not produce sperm. it helps deliver the sperm .. without a prostate...
Dry orgasm. After radical prostatectomy (removal of the prostate) or cystectomy (removal of the bladder), a man will no longer produce any semen because the prostate and seminal vesicles have been removed. The testicles still make sperm cells, but then the body simply reabsorbs them.

I had my prostate removed 5 yrs ago due to cancer. I cannot achieve an erection, even with Viagra. But, when my penis is stimulated, I still get sexual feelings and can achieve an orgasm without any sperm ejaculation. I continue to please my wife orally and hope that this will please her.

    He still has orgasms.
I have had several kidney stones, there is a medication they give you that increases your urine flow. It has a common side effect that temporarily "dries" you up.
You will have dry ejaculation. It still feels good, it doesn't feel all that different that I remember.

I had supposed nerve-saving prostate cancer surgery seven years ago. It didn't work so I don't get erections or ejaculate. I can have a "dry cum" orally from a talented provider. As a bisexual, I have learned that neither women or men appreciate a limp dick so I have highly developed oral skills.

Yes it is possible to have erection and sex without any cum. He may be able to produce a small amount of precum (the clear lubricant fluid). Usually the spermatic duct is cut and tied during surgery so there is no chance of having sperms in his ejaculates (if any). Whether he can have normal orgasm as before the surgery, he only can answer that question.

I have a friend that had his prostate removed due to cancer 5 years ago at age 49. He's a good friend but I've been reluctant to ask him about this. He's divorced and currently unattached so any question I ask would deal with masturbation. The above information is helpful. Thx!
