http://www.sfgate.com/crime/article/Sexting-blackmail-probe-at-Brentwood-schools-5317923.php Maybe I should post this in the sexting thread I have seen elsewhere on these subforums, but honestly I don't see a category that fits this description to discuss this phenomena. This is not surprising to me, but it is to many other people, and I've been saying for a while that the law has not kept up with technology in terms of what sex acts can happen with newer technology and legally this sucks because the way the law is written in California, technically would mean the district attorney would slap everyone involved with the sex offender registry list, regardless if they were the one photographed and a victim or if they were the blackmailer, and legally they all were technically involved in the production and possession of child pornography. They're attempts at getting employed as adults are all but nil. --- You still think that sexting is harmless as long as the law is written this way?
What a title. lol. That's why I opened it..crazy title. I think I know what you're talking about (although I'll get to the link in a sec.) and my only comment is... I'm gonna be so on my son's (soon to be kids) asses about what they are doing on their cells, online, etc. when they are teenagers.. I just know it... Sigh. Anyways, I clicked on link and got a story about a GM car and how a teenage girl died when GM had the info beforehand that the vehicle was faulty?
