What's the best way to deal with this from a women's prospective.

From a woman perspective I can't relate. I can tell you that menopause does not have to be the end of a womans sex life. Trouble is statistics tell a different tale. Over half of women going through menopause cease to be sexually active. Some, but not many, revel in that there is no more menstrual cycles nor pregnancies to deal with and they become very sexually active. But the majority do not for several reasons mostly due to the lack of natural lubrication and pain during intercourse. You must be patient and supportive during this phase of her life. It is best for her to see a doctor who is open to newer medical procedures such as bio-identical hormone therapy. Plus if she does have an urge to try for intercourse have plenty of high quality lube on that night stand. She needs it as her vagina is changing because there is no need for her to have sex in order to become pregnant anymore. At least that is what her body is telling her.

Thanks. She doesn't want hormone therapy to many bad side effects.
