I think she is just trying to say she loves you...ignore the rest. Women analyze their feelings and try to communicate them to be clear. Most people have widely different meanings of love and she is just trying to define hers.
Is your sex life good? If so she isn't trying to rag on your sex life either...just trying to say how much she cares.
Do I think it's strange, yeah. But women think the way I express myself is strange sometimes too.
