For a lesson in irony, a sarcastic review of politics, and a comedic performance by Volodymyr Zelensky himself portraying the president of Ukraine may lead one to an understanding of why Russia has invaded.

I hope you can follow that thought...

Watching the TV series on Netflix will explain everything.

I am captivated after just six episodes seen so far.

It seems that in real life, Zalensky was a lawyer before becoming a comedian and actor.

Based mostly upon this TV series the country of the Ukraine elected him president in a surprise move, just as in the series. Makes one wonder where the boundary between fact and fiction lies.

If you can't get the show, read more about it on Wikipedia by following this link.

The series was produced by Kvartal 95, which was founded by Zelenskyy. It would become much more involved in Ukraine's actual politics; on 31 March 2018, a political party named after the television series was registered with the Ministry of Justice, and Zelenskyy was actually elected President of Ukraine on 21 April 2019, with over 70 percent of the second-round vote.

You can also watch it on Youtube if you look around :)
