I made a post yesterday pertaining to how I ingured my knee. I reingured it today in gym class, thinking I tore something. I couldn't believe the pain. I can barely walk, stairs are the worst. I'm very frustrated with the whole situation. Send some positive vibes my way, I could really use it.
Youch! I pulled or tore a ligament in my knee last autumn, that was really annoying and it takes ages to heal, I couldn't cycle for about two months! Be careful with it, and put a warm compress on it every day if you can. *sends cosmic happy vibrations* *wait that's my phone going, it's on silent*

Thanks guys. I have ice on it now, I'm afriad of how long it's going to take to heal. I don't want to stop lifting weights for to long. Being stuck on your ass really sucks when it's not in your choosing.
aw hope it heals quickley! rest it often though! and dont push yourself too quickley even if you think you can, because it'll make it take longer to heal! *huggggs*
Unless you are a ballet dancer or something really useful like that, there wont be a problem, just lounge around in bed. BTW Hardly anyone would think bad of you if you decided it was too much trouble to walk to your computer so that you can post to hipforums
