Senate Rules in Favor of Unconstitutional Detainment Bill

...and simultaneously to instill fear in the hearts of everyone else. The real terrorist is the United States government.

That sounds like pretty lukewarm support of the Constitution.

 

Technically they are absolutely right- the bill itself is inanimate and unable to harbor intentions of any kind... what about the intentions of those writing and voting on the bill?

 

Technically the constitution guarantees rights to all men and not just American citizens, considering the constitution was framed around the idea that ALL men are created equal

So either way, its unconstitutional as fuck.

I'm curious as to how other countries will react to the US claiming the broad power to detain anyone on any country's soil.

 

I'm all for throwing bricks at passing cars and into my neighbor's living room window if it would give us justice. My neighbor is a really big guy and I'd have to explain to him ahead of time why I needed to break his window to make the world a better place. Actually he's a pretty nice guy who works with his hands for a living, strugging just as much as I am.
And the guy next door to him, well, he is a handyman and I guess I could throw an egg at his front door, but he's been out of work and staring out his window a lot, and would see me throw the egg.
Then I'd tell him that I threw an egg at his door because the banks are screwing with us all.
Then he'd say, "why didn't you fry the damn thing and invite me to breakfast instead"?
He did a good job fixing a busted pipe at my house a while back and he deserves an egg on the plate more than one on his front door.

I think all the lawyers and bankers live on the other side of the railroad tracks from my neighborhood. I guess I could go over to that part of town and raise hell until the cops showed up. I might even make the evening news unless someone raises more hell than I do that same day.

But maybe there is another way to channel my frustration, a method that would set the clock back to 1776 (but with rights for women and people of color this time).

They are trying to rewrite the bill IN HOPES OF FOOLING PEOPLE INTO ALLOWING IT TO PASS!


They know what they are doing IS WRONG and they dont want people being able to fight back.... THEY ARE JUST LOCKING STUFF DOWN NOW!

Sec. 343. Commercial sale of small arms ammunition and small arms ammunition components in excess of military requirements, and fired
cartridge cases.

Sec. 344. Authority to accept contributions of funds to study options for mitigating adverse effects of proposed obstructions on military installations.

Those are just two... I've found many more that are downright scary. This bill is...

I didn't post this here to push the NWO conspiracy theory. It was just posted in another thread about this bill.

It's up to you to find a correlation, or not.

I just found it interesting is all.

I predict Obama will veto this bill to help him get re-elected, saying something like "Calm down and return to your factories, all is well."
Then once he gets re-elected it'll be rewritten and: "Uh-oh, we need this right now; It's for the good of the American sheeple.. er, I mean people."

Here is one highlight for those interested...

Obviously this is because "the elite" know that american troops wont do it! (Its funny they would take a stand IN THIS COUNTRY but in other countries,they treat ppl like crap all the time!!)

First of all, foreign troops would be quite incappable of doing this, once American troops learned of it they would fight them, for sure. It would turn into pitched civil war, no elites turn against their own military, that's how you lose power, by creating ACTUAL chaos, you need fake chaos to keep people occupied while you work on turning your military against everyone else and using nationalism to your advantage.

The "new world order" is not some big secret council of satan worshippers, it's just the current order of the world, or the one it's moving towards. And that order is not secret or anything, it's right in front of you: make the middle class poor, while making the rich richer and more powerful, remove all political recourse from the new poor class, all the while making it look like their fault because they couldn't manage their money, despite that the system is rigged so as to make managing money nearly impossible/meaningless, what end are you managing it to, if you have too little money and too many mandatory expenses, and there's no way for you to change either of those facts?

If you want to fight the new world order pull your head OUT of your ass, take a breath of fresh air, and start looking directly in front of you, because that's where the enemy is. There is nothing hidden, people simply don't look at it, they'd rather look at the raging gay marriage debate, or rapin' sports coaches (sure, thats bad, lock em' up, do it locally without hijacking the national news over some douchebag being a douchebag) or whatever.

The news coverage has been weird. Some articles make it sound like American citizens are exempt and others say the unconstitutional language is still in there. WTF?

 

Yes, the media is all over the place on a lot of shit. It's not unlike 'doublespeak'... it propagates a form of cognitive dissonance, interfers our ability to focus, short circuits objective decision making.

 

If you don't like the news filter that television media is using, do you have any trusted political bloggers, preferably constitutional specialists who can help you wade through this?
