Seeking California renewable/ locally generated activists

Pro solar/renewable energy folks
I'm looking for activists and organizations promoting solar for everyone.
I'm working with a new group based in Colorado but need California peeps.
My main focus is the SUN Act (Udall, Colorado, federal tax breaks for RE) and a state law for distributed solar.
Anyone want to help democratize solar power?

I'd need people to know the issue who speak persuasively.
Connections with bloggers and traditional media helpful.

Do you know or know of reporters who seem to be green/sustainable friendly?

I'm looking for contacts and people who want to promote locally generated solar.
