Cash only are mills. No other reason to take cash only besides not wanting too much paperwork and tracking, and also they are money hungry so they won't accept insurance, because they might lose out on a few dollars.

Same with pharmacies who only accept cash for Oxycodone, but take insurance for every other medication.

if it's a pill mill they will give you 200 pills for saying you have a sore arm..let alone anything major. Hell if i went to one with all my surgeries..i could probably get 300 pills

just becasue it's in a suite doesn't mean it's not a mill. Dude..look at all the signs you just pointed to..it's a mill. They will give you meds. Of course the lady isn't going to say if you will get the same meds..she isn't the doctor and isn't going to give out that info if the DEA is sniffing around calling

have read it's $2-4 a pill. That means they probably get them for 75 cents each

It's in a nondescript building, the doctor is foreign and you can't find any reference to him on the internet,m and they only take cash? Uh...yeah, pill mill. At best.

I'm from Il. and have been to many pain clinics since my back surgeries. First off all sings point to a D.O. and not a M.D. type doctor since most D.O. type pain clinics are considered a bit of a breeze to get your meds thru you should be ok. Wether or not you want to call it a pill mill is up to you. That being said make sure you bring your mri reports and other relevant medical info with you. If you're legit you should be fine on the other hand if you seem sketchy don't be surprised to get a welcome to my pain clinic drug test as such is fast becoming the standard for first tyme visits. i.e. make sure your piss is relative to what you need. try to have some oxy in your system and xanax or whatever your ailments are. If you have coke, heroin etc in your system you're popped game over pay 250 and go home with aspirin or vics maybe methodone if luck favors you. I say this cause shit happens be prepared. I get 120 oxy 30 every two weeks they run me 60 bucks at my mom and pop pharm. Yes all pharmacies will let you partial fill but keep in mind they will be just as expensive like walgreen's prices. Most pain docs are in it for the money dont be surprised if he builds your qty's up slowly just sayin. Will you be seeing him montly bi.weekly?? If I can help i will. oh ya not saying you're a banger or anything but if you're cover that shit up bro, don't ever get points where you fill your scripts either and be very weary of Michigan fuzz they are just as gestapo as the Il. Storm Troopers here they look for out of state people here just waiting for a opportunity. Best Of Luck To You Man Peace

But even if it is a pill mill and doesn't take insurance, the important thing is you get the meds you need.

Well, they are giving chronic pain patients a bad name. Everyone in the medical profession from doctors to nurses to even the receptionist at the desk assumes you're a junkie. Even pharmacists give you the stink eye when you bring in a script. When I have to get my script renewed every 6 months at the VA I have to go through the call center. When they ask what I need renewed and I say Hydrocodone there's very often a snort of disapproval or exhalation of impatience as if to say "I'm tired of this". Well goddamn it, I'm tired of this shit. This isn't the fucking 16th century. I believe I have a right to not be in pain. And I'll bet a lot of these assholes giving their snorts of disapproval are just jealous. I know when I was in the hospital just after back surgery and on a Morphine pump a nurse's aide gave me a shitty look and said "I wish I had some Morphine". Fucking ignoramus's, lol.

i am in legitimate pain. i have be told to go through the VA for help also since my dad was a veteran who has passed. I receive his benefits. But its hard to get medication that helps me. i have been on vikes for the past 2 years and they are just not cutting it. but im not in as much pain as all the people who legitimately need their meds.
