I am terrible about exercise, I try it for a week or two, then give up when I get no results.

 

i don't eat sugar. it always made me feel crappy and greasy anyway. not eating junk food. i eat more than i used to, but now i'm losing weight. it's crazy. just goes to prove that just watching calories doesn't work. eat some freaking fat. it keeps you satisfied.

im eating the no sugar and low carbs as well, im trying to get to 125 ,im 5'7... so im about 10 pounds away.. last few pounds are tough for me to drop!

 

i have an extremely efficient metabolism.

my baby is the cutest damned thing i've ever seen. you know that irritating 5,6,7,8's song that in the commercials now? the Woohoo, wohoohoo! song? well, she sings it whenever it comes on, and it's so damned sweet! and when i sneeze she says "bless you, mommy." and when she brushes my hair, she's really gentle and stops every now and then to ask "you otay?" she says please and sorry, and t'anks. eeee! and she just so cute.
