When you input internet search engine terms, does it matter what order? And the amount of words you use. Should you start with a lot of unnecessary words, and then whittle them down to just what's needed?

Because I've noticed on Google, word order might make a difference. For example "sanitation department's email" as opposed to "email sanitation department". And in the above example. Is the apostrophe S even necessary?

I use start page and dog pile myself. I don't think word order makes a big difference. You will still get a lot of unrelated responses.
