Don't want to be mean but I think that your sewing needs a little more practice before ya offer to sell stuff. Again, just a little constructive criticism. I hope there is no ill will.

But it sure did sound mean. I truly believe there is a person for everything made in this world. Some people really enjoy the handmade look, while others look for professionally tailored items.

If you don't have something nice to say, well. . .

MoonjavaSeed, did you applique that stealy? It sure looks intense!!

Ok, I love the way it looks, just the way it is. I don't think you need to do anything else to it. I like how you can actually see your work instead of it being hidden. Do what you feel is best.

I don't see any harm in morningsong's post. I think ( not that this has anything to do with moonjavaseed) that if you are sewing to sell your stuff needs to be top notch. Some people just throw stuff together and expect a fortune for it. I have purchased some items that were not even good quality and have fallen apart in the wash. I am all for people sewing and getting skills and improving them by practice but if you are going to be taking folks hard earned $$$ you should make sure the piece is "tight".
