i had potatos, leek and cougette carrot and swede with a pork chop and gravy. YUM pomegranate lithium.....very powsh!
Im eating spicy balti mix. Lives up to the name. Earlier I had an apple, orange, crisps, chocolate bar and bran flakes. I'm trying to eat more fruit n veg.
i had chili con carne!!! i put slightly to much chili powder in, but it was still goooood. very healthy jai!! i had an apple today, i forgot fruit existed for a while.
i had the nicest baked potato with borrito spicy mince filling mixed up with some baked beans. it was good!!!! also toast, a banana and a chocolate biscuit. might have some cereal and a hot chocolate in a minute.

We had the biggest roast up again tonight!...loads of creamy crispy potatoes with melty butter and parsley and thyme...sprouts, cabbage, carrots, onions, mushies, nutburgers mmmblehhhhhh:drool5: Whats better than a roast?
i had my home made spagetti boglanase for lunch with lodes of red leicester cheese on, yummy. and my OH bought us a curry for tea which was lovely
