ok...y'all please don't judge me here...several years back when I used to go to church, I always sang either tenor or soprano (lead) 1 or 2 octaves down, according to how high the soprano was.

I play piano...I often go for the oldest hymnal I have and love playing through the old, old songs. Many are so beautiful...and if I feel like singing, I don't get tore up because anybody (alive - lol) can see me.

I always sat at the back of the church for 2 reasons: I prefer the back and if people were going to worry about what/how I was singing, I wanted them to have to turn around and look at me - so I could see them.

windy and cold today, and we are supposed to get another 5-10cm of snow today. it's cold in my apartment, I have the heat turned up all the way and it is only 19 C. supposed to get warmer outside today though, so hopefully that gives the heater a chance to catch up.

in 2003 denver and the surrounding areas got 3 feet of snow, overnight. a couple of years ago it snowed like every other day for 2 months. the snow never had a chance to melt.
i would rather have 1 good snow instead of that every other day crap.
