Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I never found Asian women attractive at all. Not black women either.

yesterday im driving in near whiteout condition ,,glare ice covered with snow...pulling a loaded gooseneck trailer down the narrowest farm road ive seen in a while....and i come head to head with one of those huge volvo rock trucks some dumbass farmer is driving

We had some 19 year old die off one of the side roads.
Everyone was all 'My thoughts are with the family'
But I knew that everyone was really thinking..dumb teenager thought they were invincible because they're driving a fucking SUV

they feel safer in 4wd / awd because the traction is better for going easier...but they forget they have the same brakes as everyone else

 

I see that all the time here too. We have so many transplants from California and Texas where there is no snow. These people have a SUV and think they can still do 50 when it is snowing because that is the normal posted speed limit. They have no experience with winter driving and it scares the hell out of me. I've almost been hit more then once.

 

Some Asian women are pretty. I've never really found black girls attractive though. All my experiences with women have either been fellow Latinas, or white girls. There are a lot of native American girls who are freaking gorgeous though.

 

We have that here between cities. There are some that 5-10 cm of snow shut them down and here it means you leave a bit earlier so that you are not late.

It is sometimes rather humourous to listen to the news and hear that a city is basically at a stand still for a small snow storm.

 

When I lived in California every storm was a "Killer Storm! 15 mile per hour gusts, some places had almost 1/4 inch of rain!" or some shit. I'm like "Yeah, Right. I grew up in Syracuse New York and learned to drive in western Pennsylvania, try to scare me again..."

 

I rearranged the living room and moved my computer next to the fireplace... now the main door is more open... good change... warmth,,,

But all winter its a constant search for firewood... sucks... but I got a skillsaw and I make firewood...

I hear you.

I lived in Toronto for a while for work and there was a news cast on about how terrible the roads were and closures. I looked out the window as I had to go to work and there was about 3 inches of snow down....I was amazed. Until I had to drive with those that never drive in snow like that.....some people are dangerous.

It was not the snow it was lack of experience.

I won't drive in the snow. I realize my limitations. Living in the country, there are a number of hills and curves that must be negotiated to get anywhere.

I've had employers that threatened to fire me if I wouldn't drive in the snow to get to work. They never did (not for that - lol), and I've not been hesitant to tell them that I had and have no intention of getting in a wreck or killed to get to a minimum wage job. lol
