I was told I need a 12 inch knife to protect me from a mountain lion attack. That's a sword not a knife. I have not seen one yet but at night I am a extra careful, you don't want to surprise one.

 

Tiramisu is lady fingers soaked in espresso and rum, then a marscapone/sweet custard layer on top of those, then whipped cream on top of that, then dusted with unsweetened cocoa. It's my favorite dessert :drool5:

Also, homemade whipped cream > store bought.

 

I found think a solid hardwood walking stick would be more effective than a knife. That or a pistol.

 

I have a walking stick that was left here when I moved in. Its about 5feet long with a nail through one end.. haha

Though if it was longer and able to 'snap' oh such a weapon, when you can spin it around and do crazy moves. I don't know what its called in martial arts.. but id love to have one.. they are usually the same height or taller than the person using it..
