replacing old fan or installing new one?

replacing old fan 20min tops
installing new fan depends on whats up there, what kinda of fan. however most newer fans are lighter than older models and brackets only take a few minutes to install. 1hour and 1/2 tops.. impo..

if the client is an obese smelly cow then the fan is up and installed in 12 minutes.........

 

he's replacing the old fan....he arrived at ten and its 1:15 now :/

he is a experienced electrician he told me he doesn't usually install ceiling fans
soo maybe its new to him too and its taking him a little longer...

i think there is an option in the tapatalk settings to turn that off.

I have a mouse in my house. I set out live traps for it and I am praying I soon catch the little rodent.

I am terrified of mice/rats so having one inside is giving me the fits. I am sure that the one that has moved in is about 6 feet tall and 200 pounds, or that is how big he seems to me!

The fits are never pretty.
