So ive had this for ten years some days are harder than others, but ive not been able to be with a man ie a date or sexually because im getting watched. I miss my old life when I had boyfriends and im ready to try again. Has anyone got advice about how to ignore the voices who will be watchin if I hook up with someone.
I think voices that watch you derive abstractly , synthesized from tv and film . Unplug from that stimulation . Will you do this ? Oh , no ...!.... but then will the voices just get busier ? Some people who write plays have busy voices , and sometimes they say the characters do some of the writing . Hope your writing advances beyond complaints and worries .
