Which brands do you buy? What are your favorite scents? What type/size of candles do you usually get? Jars, votives, tealights, wax melts etc.
I get smaller to medium sized candles--the brand doesn't matter as much as the scent. But it's hard to beat a good Yankee candle. Favorite scents? I like warm, "baked goods" type scents -- cinnamon, sugar cookie, pumpkin spice. Or some herbal ones -- orange patchouli, sage, cedar, lavender. Not really into pure floral smells, boo to rose or lily.
I usually buy the Bath and Body three wick candles. Sometimes they can be pricey, but they sure last a long time and fills up the whole room. The latest one I bought was "Magic in the Air" which is a wondrous blend of almond flower, white iris & whipped vanilla.
I like Yankee Candles in Vanilla, Lavender and Jasmine. I go with the cozy scents like Sugar Cookies in the winter. I mostly get votive candles and set them everywhere.

Scented candles give me a headache so I buy unscented and I usually buy tealights because they come in a little metal thing so you don’t have to buy a candle holder and there is no mess, you just throw it out after. lol
No wonder, all those chemicals can give you a cancer especially all those artificial aromas! I only use these nowadays... https://www.amazon.co.uk/Flickering-Flame-Real-Candles-Cream/dp/B00P2LECVA
Used to do candles, no I have an inverter machine that produces scented mista from a sphere that changes colors like a mood mist.
Who are you people buying Yankee Candles? They cost as much as a car. I picked up one of those Wick ones the other day. It's alright I guess. I don't pay attention to the brands. I shop by price because candles--scented and otherwise--are expensive. Best one I ever had was on clearance at Target. Don't recall the brand, but it came in this yellow metal bucket. I kept the bucket. Use it to hold my sponge, dish soap and the stopper for my drain. I can't live without candles and incense though.
My daughter got a candle for Christmas. Not sure what it's called, but smells like an open box of Fruit Loops cereal. Lol
Now after reading Hugs and Spit's post, I'm thinking we should do like the old days and use Whale fat. But with the pollution problems that's likely not even a good idea. Pfft..
