Anyone in New Zealand? I heard there's a sauna at the Albany pool complex. What do you think would happen if I went in and disrobed? If it's not explicitly stated that clothes must be worn I'm always tempted to give it a shot and see what happens. The website uses the singular word sauna so sounds like there is only one therefore not sex segregated and it's open to anyone 16+. Would it be considered to be exposing myself to a minor given that 16 is the age of consent here or is a minor under 18 or 20? I really don't know.
If I am not mistaken New Zealand does not have laws against nudity in public. They do have laws governing on how one behaves while being nude. On the south island you have the Blacks Rugby club that plays a fair share of games in the nude. In public with a mixed crowd, of all ages watching the games. If nudity was illegal they would not be able to do so. And the area that they play in is basically wide open for anyone to be able to see or watch. I am not from N Z but I do have family that lives there. And have visited there. They live on the coast . And their neighbors are often outside nude or semi nude depending on the weather. As we head into warmer weather you guys are heading into winter. So most likely they are not spending too much time outside nude right now
