   Did anyone happen to see the cold opening of Saturday night live? Jason Aldean (the performer onstage when the shooting started in Las Vegas) did an awesome cover of Tom Petty's "I Won't Back Down." The slide guitar player (seated) is barefoot.

   In early String Cheese Incident circles, we knew if the boys were barefoot, we were in for a good night.
   Billy still ditches his shoes.
   
   Funny. My shoe of choice was based on the durability of the sandals the boys wore.
