Saskatchewan - Canada's Rectangle We drove through Sask on our move to Calgary. Holy flat but the sky went on forever and that was pretty cool. Hope to canoe up north sometime. Oh..and Cthulhu lives in Regina. Seriously. In front of the art museum. No lie.
I camped in Fort Qu'Appelle and it was lush, hilly, and beautiful... you have to get off the TransCan to see anything!
Definitely. Prince Albert National Park is about 6 hours from Regina, but it's definitely worth the drive!
I am helping to do the enumerating for the upcoming election, and the number of people who give me the whole "i don't vote" bullshit... well! To say it pisses me off is putting it mildly. People in Burma are dying for the right to vote, and people here just say "meh, i don't want to vote". What a bunch of losers! And of course, I just have to smile and say "ok" when they tell me that they don't want to vote, but I really want to give them a piece of my mind and tell them how selfish they are, how irresponsible they are behaving and that they are an embarrassment to the Canadian democratic process.
Yeah Sask Pride, i just moved back from the mountains a few weeks ago, Im from Prince Albert so I know all too well about Prince Albert National Park and the other forests around here. And we have Ness Creek, Beat that hah I think not haha
