apparently kids in asia and thailand are wearing fake braces as a new fashion trend, buying them from salons and even off the black market lol

 

Main structure is pretty bad, adjuster agrees with that as well. There's just too much damage. Right now I'm at my Father's place while he's in the nursing home. Tomorrow I can get a motel room and within a week or two they will find me an apartment. My policy gives me up to 12 months of housing with no charge to me if needed. That gives me time to rebuild, replace, or just find another space.

I've lost a helluva lot in my life - a helluva lot. I'm not just being dismissive.

He still has a house, if he decides to rebuild. If not, he still has other resources. He hasn't lost everything.

I will tell you something: If the universe doesn't come through with something drastically different in my life in the next few months, my entire family and I will be homeless.

I think it will probably work out. But that doesn't prevent me from having to periodically still the metallic panic that tends to rise in my guts every so often.

Yes, adventure. It takes a change in perspective. I'm not just blowing hot air here, Glen. Hopefully I'll be able to change my perspective also. Maybe Tyrsonswood and I could make an agreement to give it a try.

they found asbestos in my attic so i was not allowed to go back in and salvage....even though we did any way...make sure you p/u am n95 mask at the drugstore cause breathing the dust is bad bad bad for you....be careful in there
