he doesnt work there. hes a customer. and he always comes in wearing this stupid little hat pulled far down and has his stupid little sunglasses on covering his eyes. There is definitely something wrong with him. he talks a mile a minute and ask the same questions over and over. and follows me and this other kid around and tries to touch us. he will seriosly follow us aroundfor like 30 minutes at a time.

 

So Where In The Hell Is Senior Management When All This S**t Is Going Down...???

busy doing work. I mean im sure the guy is harmless but he is seriously creeping us out. i had my head down today and all of a sudden i hear "do you remember me"

as soon as i heard that i was like fuck...

wen the other kid saw him he started running across the store to get to one of the back stock rooms lol.

he showed us his glow in the dark cross today and his little joe boxer socks that are for little girls that he was wearing. and now he knows our names and ask for us

he kept liek touching my chest and trying to get me to like feel his sweatpants around his crotch area today.

after like half an hour i was like I HAVE TO GO GOODBYE!

Didja mention this to your supe? I would think there must be policies regarding how much shit you're obligated to endure from weirdass customers. The term "sexual harassment" should get some serious attention - if not, your supe's a complete dweeb and requires education from a higher authority. The higher authority would be your HR department. If they don't pay attention you might consider a lawsuit, cuz those guys ain't playin on a level field with every other stinking corporation doing business in this country.

Guy from work said this girl came looking for me

I served her and grandparents and she came back and gave employee some money to give me...

then i walked by her when she was going other way...and i was too busy to stop, but i gave her a little smile and she smiled back...she kinda of a hippie chick with two cool piercings...

Then on the 31st after working 10.5 hours full speed and being fucking exhausted i left work when off, one of the hardest work days this winter...she came to look for me 20 minutes later....

so we never got to meet and hang out, fucked up how everything happened...but dude i was so tired i would just ask her...lets go makeout at this spot i know? please? ok cool follow me....

Yesterday i served 2 fancy plates of cheese cracks n such + a $128 bottle of wine to a couple married for 45 years, easy easy easy table, all i had to do was open wine accordingly and bam $30cash in my pocket....

I generally try to tip around 20%. It's easier to compute mentally than 15%.


I couldn't be a server either. I perform poorly in situations requiring concentration on multiple tasks under pressure.

On the other hand my stepkids have all been very successful as servers. The oldest helped put herself through college with serving, and the two younger ones are still doing it. My stepson is also doing some bartending.

 

From serving i have gained a lot of good stuff besides being good with my hands..

A wardrobe of nice cloths in several colors...
Confidence talking with to groups of attractive women older than myself
I know how to choose different styles of words for different ethnic groups
Identify someone who is deff quickly, and always speak so they can see your lips
Ive met loads of awesome people
Met lots of very sexy women
I pay for everything in cash
I have no debt
Was given a number from a lady probably 75 years old lol
I have a great resume of serving from 4diamond resorts and can take it anywhere

The key to serving is working at a place where you never see people you know, or the general locals. Always work at places of high maintenance. Which my work is, and its a massive resort...lots of hottubs to get wicked in
