In the last three days i have not ate breakfast or lunch and didnt get my first and only meal tell 4:30 pm each day...and thats it..plus coffee and water..

hardly ate anything considering how much walking ive done...

im not very hungry...my stomach in the last 2 years has shrank a lot...small meals take me a long ways now...im thankfull not drinking 1000 calories in beer....now i know what i need in foods to get through the day....

still i dont think im eating enough

I've procrastinated as long as I can... It's time to take down the xmas tree. :/ The tree is one of the few things I enjoy about the season...oh well...

 

Okay then! I think I'll start piling sandbags on the WNW side of our house...

Our tree will probably stay up until sometime in February or March. No, on second thought, my wife sacrificed her office corner this year to put the tree up, and she'll be wanting it back. So the motivation factor is increased this year. I'm guessing the tree will come down within a few days.

You may be wondering why I don't volunteer to take down the tree. It's very simple. I don't get paid enough for that job.
