I come up with all my recipes as they go, except for the pastries as they can be quite tricky. Pastry making is almost like chemistry at times and requires exact proportions and temperatures and shit (especially when working with sugar!), so I refer to books then.

RF: zombie cupcakes in the making! I'm now waiting for those vanilla cakes to cool down, so I can decorate them with a mint green butter glaze and blood red rose syrup that I just made.

i have 3 that have been handling my stuff for years...they help me on a regular basis...i have one sister that hands me cash every single time we see each other because she knows i live life on the financial edge....they load me with food and assorted goodies when i visit...they phone and remind me of important family stuff


but i thank them...i show up at family dinners...i take my mom shopping....i stand at the sink and do dishes at their homes....i'm the dish brother.i go see my nephews play hockey

Tears don't phase him...he's an asshole and really doesn't care about anyone but himself. He told me one day that he doesn't love our mother...real true shit bag.

We gave our 13-year-old daughter a cell phone for Xmas. She's the social one, and all her friends signed a petition to have us get her a phone. It's only $10/mo more on our plan. I figure she can have some fun with it for as long as I can manage to keep us out of the gutter.

Last month I got a used 17 inch macbook pro that i could use for music production. It is worth close to 2000$ but i got it used for ahout 1200 of trades and money. 2 nights ago, I spilled a full glass of rhum and root beer on it.

Its dead now. What an expensive fuckup
Needless to say I dont have the money to buy a new one so I'll have to downgrade.
