San Francisco Bay Area

If I could live in any American city it would be San Francisco

 

I used to holiday there.
Clam chowder on the Wharf, jumping on and off the trolley cars, long walks in Muir Woods, ski-ing in Lake Tahoe.
(Yes, I know their real name is cable cars)

A really great place to live (if only I were a multi-millionaire).

 

South San Jose

 

greatest weather in the world in SF
take a trip up to Half Moon Bay.....

 

Im in livermore

 

Carmel is exceptional

 

Santa Cruz is a surfers paradise

 

I would also add the redwoods are incredibly beautiful

 

East bay, Fremont, Union City area

 

SF has the best climate
not too hot not too cold

Half Moon Bay is a very CHILL part of the world and just north Pillar Point is gorgeous

 

Solano County.

 

My wife spent part of her childhood in San Mateo, originally from St Charles area of Missouri near St. Louis. I visited the SF Bay area a few times when I was younger when my Mom attended California Autism society conferences. What a pleasure to visited San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, Salinas, Stockton and Sacramento in the 1990s.

 

Grew up in San Francisco (Nob Hill, mostly). Have been in Los Angeles since 1989.

 

Every time I hear or read of the Frisco bay, I always think Metallica Bay area thrashers album.

Frisco stand up... born and raised in the Lower Heights/J town area. Unfortunately I'll have to move away soon. I won't be able to make it here much longer. It's a shame. I love my city but it doesn't love me back :-(
