3/4 pound new red potatoes cooked in their jackets -- chilled and diced 1 1/2 pounds fresh green beans -- trimmed and blanched 1 pint cherry tomatoes -- halved 3/4 cup black olives -- halved 1/2 cup red onions -- thinly sliced 3 tablespoons Italian parsley -- finely chopped 3/4 teaspoon medium grind- black pepper salt to taste 4 hard cooked eggs -- quartered 1 12oz. can solid white tuna -- drained and chunked 1 cup bottled vinaigrette dressing -- divided On large platter, arrange all ingredients except dressing. Cover with plastic wrap; chill. Just before serving, drizzle about 1/2 cup dressing over all ingredients; serve remaining dressing on side. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
