my best friends favorite show is buffy and he was sad when it ended too...i cant stand that show...

 

It is sad that you can get so bloody attached to the idiot box.

 

Pavel be nice. I like some shows and are sad when I miss them.... if that made sense.

 

As wildly popular as that show was, would you believe I have never seen a single episode? Nor have I ever seen Beverly Hills 902-whatever, Baywatch, or most of the other ultra popular shows.

 

I never saw one, either! It's weird... I never watched any of those WB shows... or UPN or whatever it is. I like the original Buffy movie so much, I was afraid that the tv show would ruin it for me, so I pretended it didn't exist.

 

Ditto, I did see one episode of it in class though, it was I guess the controversial episode where they have simulated sex and all you see is the building falling to peices or something. It was pretty funny!

i loved buffy. when i was pregnant and on bedrest, one of the channels started the series from the very beginning and played it all the way to current. i had a blast, that show was so funny, adored xander. thanks god they had that to occupy my mind with something new. but after i was able to get out of bed, i pretty much lost track of the show. i tried watching angel, but it wsa too soap opera-ish.

 

i think tv has value but like a lot of things can be over used, sometimes people end up sitting in front of it (or the computer) for hours on end and forget theres a life out there.
i watch about 4 or 5 things and so was sad that one of them as come to an end but having said that, they ended it well so i'm pleased about that
