It appears here that we are dealing with a situation that can lend itself to significant error of great variety. If we do not interact using common agreed upon experience then we, you and me, will not be able to process and understand or learn, at least in a conventional sense.
This is to say that anyone can share experiences, ideas, with another by using common experience. For example, an unusual example but something that I think will be clear to both of us, is as follows.

If I were to say

and you say to me

You see I live on an island and have to be back tommorrow in order to provide for my children, I pray and meditate everyday and I am happy.

Can you explain to me, in terms that I can understand, what 'operknfdnfpksnle00eu04topw-43ut-4vjt43t' is and what it means to 'accpet Mr X into my life'"?

and I say

I think I need not continue here, as it is obvious that there is not only a lack of common reference but my character does not seem to provide them to your character. Additionally, there is an explicit threat (here the character might describe it as "a reality" or maybe as "a promise"), and there is a strong indication of implicit prejudgement as to the validity of your characters "spirituality".


To me it appears that death is an altered state of consciousness, that there is much more profound insight into the nature of existence that can be had and that there are, clearly, known and unknown laws that relate to consciousness. And I beleive that just because one may know more, or something else that another does not, that this is not license to try to force or "psychologically blackmale" that someone to change. The most powerful way to teach in my view is by example, and by being respectful in general and in that I wait until I sense that "I have been asked a question".

In and of a good-natured Noah-like warning I am appreciative, I am grateful and respectful. But warnings with this face can have a dark side including a fatalistic, dangerous, and, frankly, mentally and spiritualy complacent, influence. But in a free society it is necessary to accept these difficulties in order to protect just and inalienable rights. And I sense, from my experience, that the potential self-fulfilling prophetic nature of these types of relayed predictions and condemnations by way of mass accpetance and "induction", or mass hypnosis, is a very real possiblity. In my view, the prospect of such destruction and prejudice in anyones name, let alone in the name of Jesus the Christ, is deeply sorrowful and tragic.

according to these prophesies it is my understanding there won be an end to the world as you claim through some war, but massive changes in the earth itself that casts off all whjo are not in harmony with nature.

That's the whole point. They and china are using Islamic terrorism as a proxy to attack the United States and its last few allies. They indirectly control it. I believe the most powerful way to teach is by telling people the truth. If you were walking down the street a saw a mans house on fire, would you consider it psychologically black mail, by screaming to alert the man living in that house the he is about to perish in the flames. Or would you somehow try to alert that man by example. What I have said is going to happen to are world is the truth, and you can see this by the prophecies that proclaim it. Yet, you could miss this warning if you ignore the prophecies. What is deeply sorrowful and tragic, is the fact that God in His Word has already given the warning. But this world loves the things of earth more than the things of God. As a result, they have ignored God, His Word, and His warning. What is going to happen, cannot be stopped by any of us.

 

The prophecies of the Bible are far more detailed, and have been compiled over thousands of years. It speaks of America, Europe, Russia, Israel, and much of this in detail. Also, it speaks of the return of the Ancient of days to this world. The prophecies have been proven to be 100% accurate, and have never failed. The Bible is clearly giving a warning to this world. Yet the Bible states, that most people will ignore the warning.

Good point about teaching by example, I should have qualified what I was saying by adding that these issues are subtle, at least they are to me in the way they are being described from a "Biblical Prophecy" point of view, and that when one tries to teach someone about this point of view it might be better to lead their attention to these points; possibly by first trying to introduce them to the Chirstian Bible and your interpretation of it. Now, I can see a number of objections that you might have to what I just wrote but I'll leave it "as is" for now.

Certainly the potential for what you speak of exists and "I see some smoke"; given this, if you will, work with me for a moment by entertaining a hypothetical situation; this is: what if the prophecy that you speak of does not culminate in the way that you believe it will, there is no Armageddon, and the entire world becomes Chirstian and there is peace and co-operation ? Then, how would you look at your interpretation ?

Now, remember, this is a hypothetical used to form this question; we all use this tool of reasoning everyday and I am asking if you will use it now; use it now to, without fear, picture the idea, for a moment, of "what if I am wrong?" Given this question I want to say that intuition and insight can be profound and accurate, and that I respect you and your communication with me.

If there was no Armageddon and the entire world becomes Christian then the Bible for the first time would be wrong. Which would mean that it was not inspired by God but men. However, in the 1600s and the 1800s men were writeing books about how the Jews were going to return to Israel and retake Jerusalem based on what the Bible has stated. So I am confident that the literal prophecies can be trusted. I might add that some of my knowledge of the Bible does not come from my own thoughts, but I believe God open my eyes to some passages. Just as He did years ago when I was comeing home from the 4 to 12 shift. I was thanking God for my life when the Lord spoke to my mind and told me that my wife was pregnant. I remember thanking Him for the child to come and went home. I remember going up the stairs an seeing my wife laying in bed. I leaned against the door and said my poor wife. She is pregnant and does not even know it. I then went to bed only to wake up 4 hours latter to see my wife stager into the bathroom. She became sick, because she was pregnant.

 

Just before world war II Germany was broke to. Once a nation goes on a war footing you would be amazed what you can do in a very short time. From what I understand, this attack on America will be some years off, but with in the generation that was born in 1948.

 

Maybe people choose not to have knowledge of the Bible because it's full of fictional bullshit. People like you and your evil scare mongering friends will go to "Hell" if there is one. Perhaps it would be better not to say anything at all. At least you would have your free will until your house burnt down. I would just say, I love my wife and because of Christ, I love you to. And I don't care what you say about me. Give your life to Christ, He is the best friend you will ever have.

 

You don't have to take our word for it. Read the prophecies for yourself. Then come back and tell us we are wrong. We believe in the Bible because the prophecies have been fulfilled, and are being fulfilled. If the message is true don't kill the messanger. If these prophecies were false I would be at Buddhist myself. But they speak the truth, unlike many of the ministers in the churches today.

I appreciate you. I bet Nay and I would have a good time together, in reading Nay's rant I felt good and hurt. You see Campbell you mean to do good here and for me you are, and I venture to say that for Nay and Eagle this is so as well. We all have our own individual beliefs and individual ways of living.

When I listen to you I hear a familiar kind voice, a sincere voice. This is powerful stuff you are talking about and this requires other kinds of power to be able to use it correctly, one of these is self review which I sense from you especially when you answered my last question.

Think of it Nay, You, Me, Eagle, oh and Jerry and Spliff, are all sitting in a warm place in our homes, so much the same and yet we are all very different. I like red wine and coffee, you like tea (do you?), Nay likes water with a twist of lemon, Eagle likes mangos, Jerry likes hot chocolate, and Spliff, well we all know what Spliff likes.

One day, hopefully, humankind will look back and say that they are grateful to us because they feel at peace and that this home is a giving oasis garden for all of us. Wouldn't be beautiful if we could bring about a positive meeting with most all that we meet? Just a dream, but wouldn't it be wonderful ?

The central difficulty in this discussion, actually, is that spirituality is personal and unique to the individual. We are all very different and we all live on this wonder-filled mysterious Blue Marble .
