I doubt that he's ever roped a calf of mended a fence. You are no cowboy President Bush. And now you are saying the dems care about security, why did you say just the opposite during the election? Look who's flipflopping now. Fun to watch.
All those folks that thought we were protecting them from terrorists, never ask the question why the Saudi's that were the majority of the pilots on 09/11 were never called to task. Why we invaded a country that was held under control, through sanctions an a no fly zone. Why isn't Saudi Arabia called to task. Why haven't we brought in Ben Ladin? Why isn't pressure put on Mexico to control the flow of illegal immigration from their side. What about the SPP that has been signed by the US, Canada and Mexico. And Spain is building the hi way and holds a 99 year interest in the development of this corridor. Let's give the Saudis control of our ports and free our borders so Mexico can benefit from our infrastructure. Let's not ask them to be held accountable. But let's force our citizens to continually retrain for jobs that are not available.
Cheney is out hunting. Wonder what he'll bring in this time? http://www.cnn.com/2006/POLITICS/11/05/cheney.hunting/index.html
When will the red"neck" belt learn of this? Right now they see anyone with a turban as the enemy, and totally deflect Saudi influence. In fact I don't think they even consider them in the mix. It's either Iraq or Afghanstan. They've totally lost sight of the Saudi connection. And the Saudis stand to benefit the most. Because with US control of Iraq, and possible control of Iran, oil prices can be manipulated in their favour. Poor Lebanon got caught in the mix so that Israel could gain land and water rights, when in fact the whole thing is about controlling oil prices.
Does it matter that Rumsfeld stepped down? Will anything change? He is just a sacrificial lamb, and I am sure his replacement will be no different.
Bush is going back to more people from his Dad's administration. Not much different in that respect, although one could argue they might be a little more pragmatic than the Rummy gang. And yeah, that stuttering was more than Porky Pig. .
What about that character Schleprock from that 70s cartoon. "It'll never work! We're all going to die!" .
HA HA HA I cant believe that thats such a succinct comment ! ha ha ha Bob Gates - dumbya ! cool the gingerbread man everyone wanted a piece of george
So I should pretend that things are great when they're not? You really think Rumsfeld's departure will change anything? Seriously? Rumsfeld was a puppet, as will his replacement. These people are all taking orders from on high.
I can't imagine this boding well for tony blair as he was a huge supporter of bush for many years and especially in the early stages of bushs plans to invade iraq. i know britian is fed up with him. he may not have a job by 2009, let alone after (when up for elections).
No but it's an indication that the Bush administration may now look at the American public as more than a dumb/ignorant market. Want to kill our children and other innoncents and you better have better excuses than we had poor intelligence. Especially considering his father's role in the CIA. One would expect that this president would know bad intelligence from good.
Um, the big banks, the corporations, the military-industrial complex.... the people at the top of these institutions who are the ones really calling the shots.
First of all, not buying into all the propaganda the media feeds you and expects you to swallow without question. Think for yourself. The solution is that people wake up and demand a REAL change, instead of being content with the change the system offers them, which isn't change at all, but an illusion of change.
