    exhausted... got home from work, then worked out for about an hourish straight... then my moms like 'can you go pick us up mcdonalds for dinner?' fuck, workout ruined lol... all that work, just to ingest mcdonalds... but i tried ordering healthy stuff, a chicken salad... and a chicken wrap... then i'll just eat other stuff later..

    I need rollin's expertise again... lol, if you're not sore in the least the next day after a workout, is that bad? I feel like nothings happening if i'm not sore... I used to get sore for days, but now i'm doing even more and not getting sore at all... today i did 100 push-ups, 100 bicep arm curls, 100 crunches, and 50 chin-ups.. and was fucking exhausted, was all sweaty and out of energy... but now, like an hour later i feel nothing at all... not even tired, exhausted like my feet hurt and stuff, but i feel like i could do it all again, i want to go do more but dont wanna over do it..

    and even after doing all this, i dont feel sore at all tomorrow... why? I used to get extremely sore after doing half of that... should i be doing more? I've noticed the more protein shakes i drink the less pain i'll feel, i have like 2 a day and never feel a thing..

    ortus, the main purpose of protein shakes is muscle recovery. So drinking one of those after a workout will greatly reduce muscle soreness the following day. Cut it out with the bicep curls though, that is WAY to many lol. you need a routine at the gym man if u wanna do it right. You only need to work each muscle group 1-2 times per week
