Ortus, I have a son that has done the protein drink thing since he was in his early 20's. (He is now 29.) Anyway, he says that stuff tastes like CRAP...for some reason he doesn't curse (cuss) in front of me, which I've NEVER said a word about. But, I figure it tastes like shit, and you can mix it with milk as well as juice. He goes to a gymn 3 or 4 times a week (he doesn't live here, so I'm not exactly sure) and is very into bulking up, exercising, and MUCH into weight lifting.

Eat protein as much as you want, exercise ALL parts of your body - arms, abs, legs, bla and bla. Swimming and biking use the most muscles from what I gather. Unless you want to look sort of freaky, I just know you need to do it all. The protein drinks are very good for you if you want to add bulk.
