would we be healthy as a people if instead of our skin expanding when we got fat, it just tore apart. (kind of like the hulks clothes, although that wasnt what made me think of this)
im thinking it would force people to lose weight or eventually bleed to death once the skin tear is to big.

 

it was useless info then too, they make this great gadget called a pen. you never had to remember anything just open up that papery thing with the letters ADDRESS BOOK on it and see all the numbers you wrote in it.
save that memory space for important things like what has a higher ABV content dogfish head chicory stout or saranac imperial stout.

Haha, it is useless... I can bring my broken phone into my carriers store and they'll just pull all the info off of it and put it onto my new phone, probably cost like 10 bucks...

3/5 of my dreams seem to be about zombie apocalypses now adays... had an intense dream last night, it was terrifying, yet fun and exciting, and sad... I saw many people I knew being torn apart by flesh eating zombies.. It seemed like forever though, like i was always and would always be in that dream, so much stuff happened, and like days passed by and everything..

 

It's very common in America. Even in states like Colorado where it is now legal to possess weed an employer will not hire you if you piss posstive even with a medical card. They are able to follow federal law. Meanwhile if you come up for Xanax of Oxy, that's cool just show the script. It's such BS, it's the same thing a medical prescription. I would rather my employe smoke a joint after work then pop pain pills.

 

I've never known anyone in canada to be drug tested before getting a job. My father in law was tested once when he worked out in the oil sands, but it was because he backed his work truck into something.

you can even transfer your calendar and photos ....

i do think though NOT memorizing important numbers it not smart at all what if it was a life and death situation and you dont know any phone numbers and you only have seconds to dial.....better to have important phone numbers memorized cuz you may not have speed dial....you are relying too much on your phone...

In SC and NC it is more common to drug test than not. I'm talking about for ANY job - other than the restaurant industry. If you happen to be up for a management position in a restaurant if it is corporate owned, you are even tested then (such as Red Lobster, Olive Garden or similar). And it is also true that if you have a prescription for speed, valium, xanax, pain pills or whatever - but NOT the "evil devil weed" lol (since there is no such thing as weed being legal for anything in this most prejudiced bible belt) - then HEY that is fine as wine!

If you happen to already be working on the job when your drug test comes back FAILed, then you are promptly sent home. If they could, they would probably set you on fire and/or tattoo DRUGGIE on your forehead as you are led to your car. (I probably shouldn't say that because it may give some of these small minded asses here some ideas.)

But no, they don't tell the law.

i was tested for my last 2 jobs and a seasonal job. funny that i wasnt tested in the job that required driving. and when i worked at the supermarket they didnt test but when my stoner friend tried to get a job and said he needed a job because he was fired from his last job for failing a drug test, the next time i went into the store there was a sign on the window that said they might test all applicants.
