Damn how late it is, i got crazy energy for the hour it is. Ima smoke a bowl and play some StarCraft2, the best video game of all time. Its online multiplayer, so you get lots of shit talkers when you give em a smack down.

Today is a nice day to have wisdom teeth removed :sunny:

i have a severe case of i-dont-wannas. dishes, laundry, general cleaning because, surprise! we have company coming. judgey company. on their whim, no less.

and of course my darling, who doesnt get home until 3-4am, and doesnt get to sleep right away, is sleeping soundly. not to wake up until 1pm, and they are gonna be here around 2. so its up to me. and i dont wanna.

what i want to do is plan my business ideas, i want to do independent stuff and do it all proper and such. im a prolific crafter, i figure between actual items being sold or commissioned, and teaching people how to do things i could make a tidy profit.
but no. i have to work on dishes, and we are so low on green i cant justify smoking it. so resin. and dishes.

make sure you take the medications the prescribe, at least at first. i was awake for mine, i had all 4 out at the same time, and 2 of them had to be broken into pieces to get them out. i remember thinking how weird it was to know that it should hurt, and yet not feel it.

later (namely if you havent had meds) it is a pretty intense ache, my meds wore off before we made it to the pharmacy, and then they made me wait 15 minutes to get my script. i was a mess. my mom helped me take one at the water fountain in the super market. ah, bone pain. nothing quite like it.

as it heals sometimes there is gross buildup, i wouldnt do it in the first week, but i used an eyedropper of water (sometimes lightly salted) to flush out the pockets. it was NOT a dry socket situation, as there was no pain, it was just stuff getting into the hole.
also, and this is kind of important to remember- from now on you have to be aware of sudden weird pain in your mouth, mostly along your gums. sometimes there are splinters or shards of bone that are missed and left behind.the human body is awesome, but it doesnt need miscellaneous shards of bone. so it pushes it out. yeah. and they travel too, they dont always come out of where you think. hubby had one coming out toward the inside, poking his tongue. once you know they are there they are pretty easy to get out.

so dont worry, its not a huge deal. easy peasy.

you will feel like a chipmunk, but the swelling isnt chipmunk-like. its more like everything below your eyes is puffy. like retaining water. and the shards arent bad if you do get them, but is no one tells you that it can happen, it can be freaky. thank goodness the internet is here. the following is another example of how the body works
it looks bad, but the mouth has fewer types of tissues, and they are softer. in this baby's case, it had do be passed through several textures, and the last one being skin, which is much tougher than gums.

i didnt have any of those things......i had wisdom teeth removed and it was a normal extraction...you wake uo and you are frozen for a few hours and then soup

nothing to it.....i was smoking doobs before the freezing even wore off

 

I never had my wisdom teeth out thank allah , but i did have several root canals whiched sucked bawls

 

I just had 2 removed 2 weeks ago. As soon as they put the IV in I was out and before I knew it was all over with After the bleeding stops warm salt water every couple of hours soft foods and I would not smoked I didn’t want to get dry sockets that’s why I mad brownies good luck

 

I wasn’t in as much pain as I thought I would be. They gave me pain meds but I didn’t need to take them. My teeth weren’t that impacted and I only had 2 taken out
