I think you might be downplaying the possibilities of other classes. If you check some other areas out while getting an education you gain much more than someone working in one area.

For one thing you may find something new you enjoy.
For another thing you will be more valuable as a person, and a potential employer if you can bring the knowledge of a whole bunch of things together.

Of course that doesn't always apply, as some courses are not related to your interests at all. But there is really only one way to get into things and that is to take the plunge. Of course it'll seem shitty, but if you can focus and get yourself to work maybe you will realize that you like the reward of hard work in school? It's always possible. :sultan:


Like tomorrow I'm gonna be doing a fucking balling organic chemistry lab. Extractions, salting, recrystallizing... I'm gonna cream my pants. This shit is a dream. :2thumbsup:

 

find a leaf intact from the tree and show it to me...they look like walnuts which grow inside of a soft shell like chestnuts....break one open and see if there is a second hard shell inside.....only the immature ones will still be hanging on the tree

i have a walnut tree out front and 3 massive storage bins full off them that i am gonna make black dye with...mine is a black walnut tree but same as a regular walnut tree only not as tasty...


so....i'm home...the house was 34 degrees f when i came in...had a fire going in less than 3 minutes.......

you know what i just realized...? I'm fucked... my dealers number was on that phone, i lost every single number on that phone... none of it saved to my sim card, because i was stupid and always pressed "save to phone" when it gave me the option...

I'm the only one out of everyone i know that bought from him, or new his number, or even knew him in general... It's gone... I have no way of finding him again, we always met up somewhere, never even seen where he lives... fuck. I'm pissed.

not having a phone makes me feel more free, what if i never got a phone again... and then over time i just lose all contact with friends and relatives, because i dont use any social media sites either, so without a phone... theres no way of contacting me... and then what if i just slowly reduce the amount of emails to my girlfriend over time... and from my boss and people to work... and i slowly start cutting back my shifts... then... the next thing i know, i'm %100 isolated... I could leave, and travel the world, and nobody would even know or care, i could do whatever i want, and nobody would know or care... that would be... fucking awesome! The thought is pondering in my mind haha

 

when the subject of me not owning a cell phone comes up i always make it seem like its the cool thing to do

i belittle people for needing a way for others to contact them 24/7

and its true....i am way happier without a phone and i cant remember more than a couple times that i missed it in the least......

i always say ''i dont want people to be able to bother me at their whim''

i have an old fashioned answering machine on my landline that doesnt even have my voice on it....still has my daughters voice friom when she lived here

 

only issue is, without a phone nobody can text me therefore i will miss out on tons of things, i'll lose all contact with my old friends.

But other than that, couldn't care less about not having one, so far its been nice not having one for the first time since i was like 11-12...

My phone annoys me too most times. I'm always changing my message tones or ringtones because I'm so sick of hearing them go off. I've turned my message tone into a little beep now.

 

I got the new black berry phone love it couldnt live without my phone

 

I have an iPhone, I could easily love without the communication software stuff like messages and phone calls but I want everything else on it to work. =p

 

theres a big tree that overhangs our yard, its a fucking mess of dried leaves, i might have to wait until it leafs out (leaves out? nah) to know which ones are which.

they do seem to be some kind of drupe. i cut one in half and is seems like an outer bit, a soft spongy layer, a hard layer 8 red/brown and dark brown long stripes, and a nutty looking layer. the whole thing (undissected) fits on my pinky nail.

its like a treasure hunt, in my own little jungle.

 

sounds alot like the midwestern mud berries but they are usually only found on the east coast

lol....what a stupid joke but it made me laugh and thats all that matters
