Hey now drumminmama~~ I tend to spend my play days either at the dog park, abasin, or most evenings seeing live music somewhere. Tonight I am heading to Jerry Joseph at Dulcineas. Do you live in the Bakewood area? I am not sure if that pretty blond woman is you in your gallery, not sure if I have seen you around or just a nice familiar face? any fun plans for music for your weekend?
I have a blond woman in my gallery? (goes to look) my sig is me. SOOOO not blond. I just saw Garaj Mahal at Quixote's. Not sure what if any next weekend. I'm hoping to catch Bobby Yang at Toad Tavern (littleton) Feb.9. I also volunteer at Swallow Hill.
oohhh.. the blond (in Dances with Democrats) is Debbie Garritty from the (get this) Highlands Ranch Democrats.
ahhh, that is probably why she looks familiar! The Highlands Ranch Democrats?? sounds ironic ha!! what a fun group they must be! It is hard to tell if I have ever seen you, your hair is beautiful!! I will keep an eye out for that hair Jerry Joseph run through Colorado has ended and the next few shows i think i'll be at are Spearhead in Breck, and maybe NRPS on the 2nd at Quixotes, Bela Fleck will be at the Paramount on the 10th of Feb. also....soo many shows, so little time! Swallow Hill is a great place, my other half took Acoustic Garcia Guitar classes there and loved it. are you in Jeffco? I would love to make some friends in the area that have similar interests....
tyc, pop on the Post's Web site and check out the game they built called Mayor hick's clear the streets (or something like that) it's hilarious.
AMEN!!! First it snows and then the wind comes and blows the snow right back where you moved it from, then you move it again and it snows again. It's just a neverending cycle of icy cold hard work. 9,000 ft elevation is better in the summer time.
Hello Mellow Mike~* Welcome...I have a friend going out to Summit County this week for work. Beautiful place there~* Blessings n Mellow Down Easy~*
welcome Jen. I work for the Englewood Herald from time to time (music writing for Gothic or Swallow Hill).
