This is Trump's majority Supreme Court. And so we continue to deal with the damage caused by his administration.

GOP was able to shift the court in their favor with Federalist Society judges.

 

There have always been those who feel that abortion is murder and a pregnant woman has no right to it. Those people vote Republican and the GOP caters to them.

Remember Randall Terry and Operation Rescue, whose protesters blocked access to abortion clinics? And when that failed, some of them went rogue and murdered abortionists? That's the kind of passion these people have and there can be no compromise. Pass a law legalizing abortion and they'll tell you they answer to a higher law, God's law. One of them kills an abortionist and some will say that person killed a mass murderer. And they will say that Roe v Wade is what opened Pandora's box.
