in a neighborhood, sitting on the sidewalk under a street lamp. it was the same day it got decriminalized so a fuck was not given. it was the smoking street for all the college kids anyway. so many memories of walking up and down there when i lived in school housing.

 

i used a police officer as a bong once.

 

when i was about 14 or 15 i was working for a local prosecuting attorney bailing hay on the way to his barn me and a friend smoked a joint sitting on the hay stack in the back of the truck while he was driving. that was a very unique high

 

pretty much right outside my college dorm and then in this little maintenance closet in the apartments across the street and in the stairs of the apartment.

i usually am pretty careful where i smoke, besides cars - that's the stupidest place i enjoy smoking. now i only hotbox if i'm not going to be going anywhere and i know i won't have anything incriminating on me if i DO go somewhere

 

I'd say probably various places in India. The risks of getting arrested is not that high, but significant and potentially harrowing enough to make it a constant worry. I think I smoked it in front of off duty police a couple of times. On trains and buses a couple of times.

I once smoked a joint with some friends about 20 feet from a line of riot police. There was no risk of getting arrested for it really, they were more interested in dispersing the crowd.

Another time I took out a bud bomb and lit up some stanky weed on a local night bus full of people when I was drunk, and I've smoked pipes in the middle of busy high streets in the past.

I once skinned up and passed a join round in front of my mates uncle, who is a policeman. He asked if it was OK, but it wasn't really and he had to apologise to him the next day for putting him in that position.

One time I got stopped and searched by a security guy at a festival. He caught me with some weed and hash but let me go after I co-operated with him and didn't give any lip. they were looking for people doing mushrooms... Imagine doing mushrooms at a festival, how dare they!

None of these incidents presented any significant risk of being arrested really. To be honest i've placed myself at more risk to my well being by exposing myself to all manned of dodgy miscreant types in the pursuit of scoring something.

 

my sister's boy friend smoked at a art museum one time in the elevator. we were going down stairs and he pulls it out and took a quick hit and puts it back in his pocket.. I worked at the port of Baltimore. and they had a police station their I would smoke all over the place. every where you looked their was a cop. I smoked it up in my bosses offices sat right in his chair and smoked a bowl put my feet up :tongue: he was out sick that night so the other guy was in charge and my boss only lived like 5 miles away.. I packed a bowl at the police station when I was waiting in the van for my smoking buddy to come out. the station always reeked up pot. when we would go clean it. I always found empty bags that had pot in it in the trash. I would smoke it up in the offices I would clean after everyone would go home. I would go in the back offices and go into the closet and smoke it up. I had Lysol that I would spray after words. I was in the building next store and I was smoking it up and the whole berth reeked of pot. My boss came in and said. You guys aren’t smoking nothing in here are you? I said no after he left I went outside and waited to punch out. I was smoking in that berth I had just stuck the bowl in my pocket and this guy walked in. I know he saw me put it in my pocket. cause the place reeked of pot and I had just got done taking a hit

 

The elevator for some big concert stadium in albany ny, when we got out a giant cloud of smoke poured out and a bunch of black kids waiting to get in were like DAAAAAAAAAMN

we just kept pushing the top floor and the bottom floor over and over until the whole bowl was cashed

one time i accidentally passed my buddies freshly lit blunt to a security guard at a phil & friends show at nokia theatre.. no memory of that

 

Room 420 in my school, it was actually a soundproof room for the choir folks, i felt like a badass no lie lol

 

I was in New Oleans for my Bachlor Party. I would just walk down the street smoking. Well, just so happened I was walking by the police station. I had my buddy take a picture of it. I did not see any cops around in front of the place at the time. Some of my other friends went in a bought T-Shirts. I would be willing to bet they may have smelled a little like pot. Hell, I think I had at least an eighth on me.

Another good one was, a buddy and I saw Grindhouse in a multiplex movie theater. It was an afternoon show during the week and we were the only ones in the theater. We both sparked up our one hitters the whole time. I think that was the only time I have ever finished a movie theater bag of popcorn.

 

i had taken some purple microdot and gone for a long walk with a friend. we sat down in front of the "government center", which included the county jail, court house and social services offices, and rolled a big joint right next to the road, lit it up and smoked. to this day i can't believe we weren't caught.

indoor concert venues and stuff like that. one time i was at show and i saw a hand grabbing for joiny i was holding to passed i to them asn then i saw it was the security guard. he came towards me andi ran back into the crowd as fast as i could and he gave up because he couldnt push through the crowd. another time me and my friend had one of those metal one hitters where it looks like your lighting a cigarette when you take a hit off it. we smoked it walking past a cop car in chelsea. that was pretty scary

 

As long as your not flashing your dick or raping chicks in the street NOLA PD could give a fuck less. Seriously, I think you could get away setting up a table in the middle of the street offering lines of coke and hits off a crack pipe and a cop would just walk by and wave but start taking your cock out and all hell breaks loose.
