A police state exists when federal and state political and police mechanisms:

1. Shut down media coverage after they steal an election
   
2. Serve the central government instead of serving the citizens
   
3. Enforce the policies of the central government instead of responding primarily to criminal misdeeds
   
4. Spy on and intimidate citizens

Actually i remember learning about that in school, weapons ARE legal so that if the goverment goes crazy we could overthrow it.

 

I jsut gotta say: America is the best country in the world. The only other country I would even consider moving to is canadia, but that's only really because of ganj, healthcare, and its closness to the US. Anyone that lives in the US and is saying it sucks doesn't deserve to be called American.

1. The ONLY things guns can do is DESTROY. Whether it be Trees,animals, humans...or even targets...guns kill and destroy all these things.
2. Guns make people violent...destruction and murder are violent things, of which no good can come from.

Vehicles kill 40.000 americans each year in two years thats more than the 10 year vietnam war. vehicles destroys rural areas, trees, kill animals "road kills" not to mention pollution related. i could write 5000 words alone on the damage vehicles do.

 

Man could not kill each other with out guns . Those stories about the English and Vikings wars are fake . The viking raids on Britain, fake and lies. The roman empire lies. The greek empire lies " Those spartans did not have guns" . etc etc. The recent machete massacre in Haiti and Africa lies theres no posible way to kill another human unless you have a brand new 2007 model gun. forget the 2006 gun models they are outdated! .

I like pie...Anywho, guns are awsome. You could make the same arguement about guns being bad as you could make for bows, boomerangs, spears, and any other weapon. It's just a technological advancement from weapons that have done the same things guns do for centuries.

GUN REGISTRATIONS ONLY OCCURS if the state requires so. The record of the sale is at the gun shop ONLY = and with the fill out federal form ONLY. millions of weapons were manufacture before 1968 . when a record was started to be keept in gun shops .."1968" those records only had to be store and keept for a limited time . after that the gun shop could simply throw them in the garbage. im not sure if it was 10 or more years before those forms could be thrown away. can you picture a small or medium size gun shop that was in bissnes since the 60s or 50s with all the sales records .....much less the federal form started in 1968! .

I think it should be legal. If it were illegal, criminals would probably still get them anyways and it would leave the rest unprotected.
