i got busted afew years back for possession and paraphenalia,,,, one one hitter bowl n a roach that was approximately 4 years old 2foot over my head in a candle holder,,,,,, .. was a misdemeanor but 650 fine... first offense etc,,,,, so aint as great as it seems by readin this...
im glad you put this up, my friend lucy showed me that article a couple days back and if you wouldent have put it up i would have, good way to raise the awarness but yeah its a cryin' shame... i've been arrested for possesion, once at school when i came out of the bathroom after selling a kid just a bowl cuz he wanted to get high after school and the dean of students told me to come with her to the office and then she called the police and they came and did their whole thing and i ended up spending some time as a jailbird...good thing is they dont drug test me and neither did they put me on probation because milwaukee county has enough to deal with haha so i guess i lucked out just enough

this guy runnin for gov. of Texas, Kinky Freedman, is GUARANTEEING that he will LEGALIZE or atleast decriminalize marijuana in texas if ellected. a bit far fetched? yes. Would i vote for him any way? fuck yes.

Can anyone tell me the key word here? C'mon...you can do it! All right I give up. The key word is possession. That is not what happened here. The police claimed to have evidence of sales not possession. Of the 11 states that have decriminalized, none of them have decriminalized distribution of a controlled substance (selling a $20 sack or giving someone a joint for that matter). That being said what a total waste of taxpayers money.
fuck, that is just... my God there are just no words to describe this story. What kind of country are we living in, where police can break into a house, kill a dog and handcuff two CHILDREN for shit all reason except fucking marijuana, with not even an apology - that sounds like one of those third world countries where the so-called police kill people for oppressing the government or something. This story nearly made me cry, not exaggerating.
